    Question: Does this machine need to be assembled?

    Answer:Hello,

    Thank you for your interest in xTool D1.

    You can refer to the video for assembly. Generally speaking, you can complete the assembly within

    10-20 minutes.

    You can open https://support.xtool.com . Go through our user guide to assemble, connect, and use

    xTool D1.

    Question:  Can the orange cover at the bottom of the laser head be removed? How is it secured to

    the laserhead?

    Answer: Allan head screws. Comes right off, but not recommended for safety reasons

    Question: Can this laser work on large flat surfaces such as a tabletop? Also, can I use this laser

    to stitch oversize images with this laser?

    Answer: This machine should work on large flat surfaces such as tabletops. If you can “stich”

    the oversize image you should also be able to do that. The machine is rather light and

    portable. Just have to register where you want to start each section.

    Question: Does this work on slate ?

    Answer:  Yes.
